How to Post Pictures on Instagram with Computer

Here are the steps to follow and you will see yourself post pictures on Instagram with your PC, nothing to download, no software needed, just the steps and there you are. very quick and easy, ok lets get started.

•  Go to www.instagram.com on your computer

It's better to do this using your google chrome browser; it is faster and device friendly. 

• Type in, your phone number or email and password on the space provided and tap on "login" or you can login with your Facebook, (Instagram is owned by Facebook).
• Click on the menu (the three dots at the top right hand corner of your window)

• Click on more tools and go to developer tools

• Click on the icon for mobile toggle ate top. 

Actually there is a quick way to do this, by

•  Right clicking on any space on your Instagram page
• Click on inspect at the bottom of the menu that opens
• click on the icon for mobile toggle, it will turn it into mobile view.

To if know when the page is on mobile view is that the cursor will turn to circle representing the touch screen of your mobile.

• Refresh the page by clicking on the refresh icon.

• It has now turned into mobile view showing those icons at the bottom of the page when you are using your mobile phone.
• Click on the plus (+) to select your pictures or video from where you saved it in your PC.

• Select the picture and click open.
• Resize and rotate the photo to your choice.
• Click next.
• Add location and Tag friends, if you like.
• Click share, and there you are.

You have successfully uploaded your picture or video on Instagram. To verify, you can use your mobile to login into your Instagram and check if the picture has been uploaded.
